Crafted With Purpose
Each coaster begins as solid leopardwood, chosen for its dramatic flecked grain, density, and natural warmth. The river channel is carefully hand-etched into the wood, following an organic path inspired by real waterways. Blue resin is then hand-poured into the carved channel, allowed to cure, and surfaced flush with the wood. Each coaster is individually shaped, leveled, and finished, then intentionally matched as a cohesive set so the four pieces feel unified rather than merely similar.

Built to Serve
Designed for daily use, the coasters are sanded through multiple grits to achieve a smooth, tactile surface that highlights both wood and resin. A clear protective finish enhances depth and contrast while providing durability. Four cork backing pads are installed on each coaster to prevent slipping and protect table surfaces. A custom display stand made from solid jatoba is included, designed specifically for this set to store and showcase the coasters when not in use.
